Job summary

Spray-Net Southeast Orlando is seeking a bilingual Sales & Project Manager to join our growing home improvement team. You will drive sales, manage customer consultations, prepare estimates, and coordinate projects from sale to completion.

The role requires strong relationship-building, delivery of exceptional service, and collaboration with production teams. We offer training, advancement opportunities, and a flexible schedule with travel across Southeast Orlando.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Experience in home improvement, construction, or remodeling preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast Orlando service area.
Flexible to work daytime, some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth through prospecting, networking, referrals, and local marketing.
Conduct on-site consultations, assess renovation needs, and recommend Spray-Net solutions.
Prepare estimates and proposals using company software.
Manage the full sales cycle from follow-ups to closing and deposits.
Coordinate projects with production teams and ensure quality and timelines.
Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
