Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and facilities markets.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and other business-development activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, property managers, and facility managers.
• Present and explain company services to prospective customers.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, estimates, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close sales while achieving revenue goals.
• Track sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
• Represent Enterprise Construction Group in meetings, events, and industry activities.
