Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC, Cricket Wireless' largest authorized retailer in the United States, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Universal City, TX. You will deliver outstanding customer service, tailor solutions for customers, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, reliable transportation, and at least 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages, English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills, positive attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location and residence within 30 minutes of the home store.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.

• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
