Mobilelink USA in Houston, TX is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to provide exceptional customer service and tailored wireless solutions at our Cricket Wireless–branded store. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a willingness to work at least 32 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, and a strong commitment to integrity and customer care.

Training is provided, with a defined career path toward leadership and unlimited earning potential via commission.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages, specifically English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills—attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to Team Color policy while maintaining a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, potentially earning bonuses.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities when required.
• Attend scheduled events with reasonable notice; events are part of duties and may include engaging with customers and representing Cricket Wireless products.
