Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and professional attitude.
• Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent Cricket Wireless and the Cricket brand with professionalism.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
