The role analyzes market standing, benchmarks pricing, and develops sales/marketing materials while serving as the primary contact for customer communications and order changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, or 4–10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of similar experience.
• Experience coordinating sales operations and communicating with headquarters in Japan.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Operations Coordinator manages the operational backbone of the Company's sales function.
• Exercising independent judgment and discretion to coordinate accounts and resolve customer and order issues.
• Translate business needs between the local sales team, customers, and headquarters in Japan.
• Maintains ongoing awareness of challenges affecting the sales function, proactively identifying and acting on opportunities to make sales activities more efficient.
• Analyzes competitor pricing and positioning, benchmarks the Company's market standing, and recommends pricing or positioning strategy.
• Develops sales and marketing presentation materials, exercising judgment in selecting content and messaging suited to the audience.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for customer communications, independently evaluating and resolving purchase orders, invoices, order changes, and cancellations, and escalating only matters outside delegated authority.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or four to ten years’ related experience
