Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• 3 years of industry life insurance experience highly preferred or previous customer service and account management experience is ideal

Responsibilities

• Provide sales-oriented service & support to agents, brokers and field teams across assigned territories and accounts.
• Prepare routine sales illustrations and consult on product selection and marketing techniques for routine sales scenarios.
• Maintain sales activity database to track department activity and identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Provide training and remote coaching for field force on Pan-American Life products, services, and tools.
• Proactively contact the field to help convert pending applications and inform them of products and services.
