Job summary

Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our finance, accounting, and operations functions. The role focuses on financial systems, ERP-related projects, and regulatory initiatives, partnering with leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in finance/ERP projects.
• Experience with financial systems and regulatory initiatives is desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation and planning of projects with a business case, charter and budget.
• Define project plans, WBS, resources, risks, milestones, and governance.
• Direct execution, monitor progress, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Oversee vendor management and due diligence for project dependencies.
• Close projects, capture lessons learned, and report benefits realization.
