Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective and propose tailored solutions.
• Provide technical explanations of product specifications and present problem-solving approaches.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Conduct market research and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with partner factories in Japan.
• Handle post-sales follow-up and support as needed.
