CRI San Jose - Jacks is seeking an Associate, Sales Development – Bilingual to drive renewals and new opportunities through English and Spanish communications. You will manage a dedicated client territory, articulate product value, and contribute to revenue by renewing contracts and expanding services.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, CRM maintenance, and collaboration with the Sales Manager to ensure a professional customer experience throughout interactions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Mexican Spanish required.
• Strong outbound sales and renewal experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of calls and emails daily.
• Forecasting and pipeline management.
• CRM proficiency is essential.

Responsabilités

• Sell renewals/services and possible upsell to customers.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Maintain and utilize the CRM to capture all relevant data.
• Lead qualification and renewal of contracts.
• Engage with customers via phone and email to drive value and satisfaction.
