Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative in a hybrid role across San Antonio and Laredo, TX. You will proactively call existing accounts, identify opportunities, quote, and convert sales while coordinating with branches and customer service to fulfill needs.

You will leverage CRM, LinkedIn and MS Office to manage accounts, maintain relationships, and train customers on eCommerce tools when required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and two+ years of related sales experience.
• Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn and MS Office to manage prospects and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively makes outbound calls to engage and grow sales with assigned accounts across multiple branches.
• Identify customer needs, present solutions, quote and convert sales for additional products.
• Collaborate with customer service, order entry and other teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Diligently update CRM with follow-ups and active quotes.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities to accounts and train customers as needed.
