Farmers Insurance - The Maribel Ortega Agency is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representative in Illinois. You will follow up on leads, build client relationships, and recommend insurance solutions to close sales.

No prior insurance experience is required; we provide paid pre-licensing, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. This role offers a base salary plus commission, with a first-year earning potential of $40,000–$75,000+.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales roles is a plus.

Licensing Required - We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don’t have your license yet? We’ll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you’ll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
