You will handle Spanish-speaking inquiries, qualify customers, and log interactions in DriveCentric. The position offers health benefits, a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, and PTO, with weekends included in a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for sales leads.
• Qualify customers on credit, vehicle needs, and timeline.
• Set and confirm showroom appointments for our sales team.
• Follow up on unsold and uncontacted leads using proven BDC cadences.
• Log all interactions in our CRM (DriveCentric).
• Hit weekly and monthly appointment and show-rate targets.
• Join ongoing coaching and training to sharpen your skills.
