Gwinnett Place Nissan in Duluth, GA is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Automotive Sales Associate to join our dedicated sales team. No automotive experience required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Previous sales experience is strongly encouraged. You will greet customers, build rapport in English and Spanish, guide vehicle selection, demonstrate features, handle objections, and close sales according to dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in showroom and on sales lot.
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers in English and Spanish.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection by asking questions and listening to needs.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles professionally.
• Explain vehicle features, performance, and options.
• Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales per dealership standards.
• Follow full sales process from initial contact to delivery.
• Communicate with Sales Management about goals, performance, and activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers, both in English and Spanish
• Guide customers through vehicle selection by asking the right questions and listening to their needs
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles in a professional, knowledgeable manner
• Explain vehicle features, performance, and available options

• Follow the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
• Communicate regularly with Sales Management regarding goals, performance, and customer activity
