Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) is seeking a Sales Assistant to support both National and Local sales teams. This role provides critical administrative and operational support to Account Executives and Sales Managers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with WideOrbit/vCreative is preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or administrative support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience with WideOrbit and vCreative is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to create presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales Managers and Account Executives through the sales process.
• Process sales orders, revisions, and prepare invoices.
• Coordinate promotions, events, and meetings with internal teams.
• Prepare presentations and compile audience ratings and research.
• Generate contract confirmations and assist with billing adjustments.
• Provide translation/review for commercial copy and client approvals.
• Maintain sales databases and client profiles; produce Excel reports.
