Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Graham, TX. You will deliver exceptional customer service, identify individual needs, and propose tailored Cricket Wireless solutions.

This role supports sales growth across stores, with opportunities for advancement through performance and leadership pathways. Responsibilities include reaching sales KPIs, assisting with store operations, and participating in promotional events as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills and commitment to exemplary customer service.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and reside within 30 minutes of the home store.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers’ needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by recommending products and services to fit each customer, family, or business.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
