Mobilelink USA LLC in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find the right wireless solutions. You will combine English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base and represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, achieving sales goals and KPIs, and supporting store operations. Training will be provided, with opportunities for advancement within the Mobilelink team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills; attitude and technical aptitude.
• Customer service oriented; honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; live within 30 minutes of home store.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Able to stand long periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Occasional participation in outside sales events or promotional activities.
