Job summary

Mobilelink Delaware LLC is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find the right Cricket Wireless solutions. The role emphasizes outstanding service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a busy retail store.

You will represent the Cricket brand, meet sales KPIs, and may participate in events to boost customer acquisition and brand visibility. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required: English and Spanish.

• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• Retail experience is helpful but not required.

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment. Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.Job Qualifications:Must be fluent in two or more languages.
