Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC seeks a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join Cricket Wireless stores as part of its Mobilelink family. You will provide outstanding customer service, assess needs, build tailored solutions, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

You may assist with store operations and participate in events to drive customer growth. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish required).
• Clear communication, positive attitude, and basic technical aptitude.
• Commitment to customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work across district locations.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a neat appearance.
