Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a proactive Bilingual Safety Coordinator for a hands-on role on the Gainesville, GA production floor. You will lead safety initiatives, partner with supervisors, and drive continuous improvement to protect employees and optimize operations.

The role requires on-site presence with strong bilingual communication, OSHA knowledge, and a focus on incident prevention and training in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 2 years of safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety on the production floor and drive improvements.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety records.
• Coordinate safety training and investigations.
• Engage employees and leadership to promote safety culture.
• Analyze safety metrics and implement corrective actions.
