Qualifications

• 2+ years of safety experience.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Science preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety orientations and walk-throughs with new hires.
• Perform root cause analysis of safety incidents and accidents.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Provide safety training to employees.
• Inspect work areas to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate safety violations and report incidents; collaborate on improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of safety activities.
• Complete any other tasks assigned.
