Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Professional in the United States to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management. You will develop site safety plans, coordinate with GC and owners, and lead the ORM process across projects.

The role requires experience in safety training, OSHA and DOT regulations, and a strong grasp of safety management systems. Strong communication and collaboration with project teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years with a high school diploma
• 4+ years with an Associates Degree
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910, 1926, EM-385)
• Safety Management Systems knowledge and OSHA/DOT familiarity
• Willingness to pursue S&H professional certifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC and owner on site conditions and NCN
• Meet with customers and project teams to discuss mitigation plans and training
• Develop and implement Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs (APP) and training plans
• Manage site safety budgets and permits ensuring contract compliance
• Lead ORM team to create project safety plans based on regulations and drawings
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, DOT, and safety standards
