Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. We are looking for individuals who want a challenging and thriving work environment, working with a team that feels like family. • Support all phases of branch Safety/Lean support and enforcement.
• Conduct Safety and Lean Checklist inspections.
• Perform new hire orientations and skill assessments, with supportive documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment such as Hilti tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, scaffolds, ladders, and stilts.
• Assist management in creating new job start-up requirements, including safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP/CCIP requirements, etc.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment adhering to OSHA guidelines.
• Support injured employees, attend initial doctor appointments, and assist until employees are released to full duty.
• Complete documentation for accidents, incidents, or property damage.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements/Experience

• 1 to 2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and other electronic devices.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer certification (provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager, or Branch supporting SQRM).
