Job Description

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. We are seeking top talent in the construction industry who are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and ready for new challenges. Our environment encourages growth and collaboration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support all phases of branch Safety/Lean Support and Enforcement
2. Conduct Safety and Lean Checklist Inspections
3. Lead New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments, with proper documentation
4. Provide training on tools and equipment such as Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts
5. Assist management with creating start-up safety requirements like contract safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP/CCIP
6. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment adhering to OSHA guidelines
7. Support injured employees through initial doctor visits and recovery process
8. Complete documentation for accidents, incidents, or property damage
9. Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements & Experience

1. 1-2 years of safety experience in commercial construction
2. Proficiency with computers, tablets, smartphones, and electronic devices
3. OSHA 30 certification
4. Training certification from Precision Walls (provided)
5. Bilingual in English and Spanish
