Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. Responsibilities

1. Support all phases of branch safety, lean support, and enforcement.
2. Conduct safety and lean checklist inspections.
3. Lead new hire orientations and skill assessments, supporting documentation as needed.
4. Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment such as Hilti tools, MEWPs, Lull & forklift operations, scaffolds, ladders, and stilts.
5. Assist management in creating new job start-up requirements, including safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP/CCIP requirements.
6. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
7. Support injured employees through initial doctor appointments and until they are cleared for full duty.
8. Complete documentation for any accidents, incidents, or property damage.
9. Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements and Experience

1. 1 to 2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
2. Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and electronic devices.
3. OSHA 30 certification.
4. Training provided by a branch safety coordinator or equivalent.
