Job summary

Intiveo is a technology company focused on improving patient care. We seek a bilingual Customer Support specialist to join the Experience team in Canada, handling inquiries in French and English and collaborating with customer success and onboarding managers to deliver outstanding support.

You will proactively reach out to customers needing assistance or reviews, identify goals, and guide them to best practices. Hours are 8:30am–5:00pm PST to align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer-facing support within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Experience with Zendesk and strong business/technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and support requests in written and verbal French and English.
• Proactively reach out to customers needing assistance or account reviews.
• Identify customer goals and direct them to best practices.
