Job summary

Intiveo is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Agent (French/English) to join our team and deliver exceptional support to new and existing clients. You will work with customer success managers and onboarding managers to ensure a high-quality service experience.

With at least 2 years in a SaaS support role, you will communicate clearly in both French and English, handle inquiries, assist with account reviews, and help drive retention and upselling initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing support role in SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar support software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in French and English, written and verbal.
• Proactively assist customers needing help or account reviews.
• Explain product questions and guide customers to best practices.
• Collaborate with team to develop best practices for support requests.
• Support retention and upselling efforts with Team Lead.
• Work within 8:30am–5:00pm PST schedule.
