Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting international customers.
• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient support to French-speaking customers across multiple channels.
• Act as first point of contact, resolve inquiries and ensure positive experience.
• Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
• Record customer information in internal systems and CRM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed performance targets.
