Job summary

TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking a Territory Manager in Baton Rouge, LA. This role combines technical sales with territory development to grow revenue and support customers across the assigned region.

Responsibilities include analyzing market data, providing product and installation guidance, delivering demonstrations, training, and building strategic distributor relationships while using Salesforce for reporting. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience applying technical product knowledge in roofing/building materials preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel by air.

Responsibilities

• Analyze territory sales and market data to develop annual and quarterly plans.
• Provide technical product guidance to distributors, contractors, builders, and other customers.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and training for contractors and professionals.
• Use Salesforce to maintain account records and report on pipelines and performance.
• Travel within the territory for meetings, jobsite visits, and customer consultations.
• Represent TAMKO at trade shows and market-development events, including Spanish-speaking audiences.
