Job summary

TAMKO Building Products is seeking a Territory Manager for the Denver, CO area to grow sales of roofing products and support customers through data-driven territory planning and technical guidance.

The role requires strong English/Spanish communication, field travel, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to deliver value to distributors, contractors, and builders. The position is based at TAMKO Denver Warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, construction management, or related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience in roofing/building materials sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to grow sales.
• Provide technical product knowledge and guidance to customers.
• Travel within the territory for meetings and jobsite visits.
• Demonstrate products and conduct training for contractors and distributors.
• Build relationships with distributors, contractors, builders, and architects.
• Use Salesforce to maintain accounts and report progress.
• Coordinate pricing, terms, and delivery with customers.
