Job summary

TAMKO Building Products is seeking a Territory Manager in the Atlanta area to grow sales through strategic market development and technical support for roofing products. You will assess territory data, build customer partnerships, and deliver product guidance across contractors, distributors, and builders in English and Spanish.

The role requires extensive travel within the territory, strong sales analytics, and the ability to translate product specs and warranty information for diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in roofing/building materials preferred.
• Ability to explain technical information in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze territory sales performance and market data to develop annual/quarterly plans.
• Advise customers on product selection, installation, and application.
• Conduct site visits, demonstrations, and training for contractors and distributors.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Use Salesforce to document interactions and track pipeline performance.
• Travel within the assigned territory for meetings and jobsite visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support launches.
