Job summary

TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to apply specialized knowledge of roofing products, installation practices, and market analytics to grow sales across the assigned territory, primarily in the Atlanta area. You will analyze market data, develop territory plans, provide technical product guidance to distributors, contractors, and builders, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; strong relationships with customers and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Construction Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish for technical communications.
• Experience applying technical product knowledge, market analysis, and consultative sales in roofing/building materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze territory sales performance and market data to develop annual/quarterly plans.
• Advise customers on product selection, installation, and specifications.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations and training for contractors and distributors.
• Build strategic relationships with key accounts and manage accounts in Salesforce.
• Travel within the territory for meetings, jobsite visits, and events.
