Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking a bilingual Spanish Health Coach (RN) for a part-time 10-hour weekly position. The role is virtual and remote within the contiguous United States, with a salary range of 77,500–129,100 USD per year and eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

The coach will support patients on their wellness journey, focusing on stress, anxiety, and depression, through coaching and education.

Qualifications

• Strong Clinical skills with at least 1 year of health coaching/education experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer coaching and support via video and telephonically focusing on stress, anxiety, depression and other challenges.
• Assess customer health education needs through targeted health assessments and refer to appropriate programs.
• Collaborate with customers to create health improvement plans and track progress towards goals.
• Lead health and wellness activities such as group coaching and seminars, and support promotional events.
