Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking an RN Health Coach for Evernorth Workplace Care. This hybrid role combines virtual coaching with on-site support at the Morganton, NC facility, focusing on stress, anxiety, depression, and lifestyle improvements.

You will conduct screenings, tailor education plans, and collaborate with client teams to drive measurable health outcomes. A nursing license and strong communication skills are required.

Formación

• RN with active, unrestricted license in the respective state and ability to maintain
• Strong clinical skills and experience in health coaching, education, and promotion
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; comfortable with virtual coaching

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer coaching and support with focus on stress, anxiety, depression and other challenges
• Perform stress, anxiety and depression screening and identify health education needs
• Refer customers to clinically appropriate programs and collaborate with matrix partners
• Develop health improvement plans and help customers achieve personalized goals
• Lead group coaching and wellness promotional activities
• Utilize motivational interviewing to drive behavioral change
• Mentor new employees as needed
