Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a RN Health Coach for the Evernorth Workplace Care program. This part-time, work-from-home role supports clients across the contiguous United States with virtual coaching focused on stress, anxiety, depression, and overall wellbeing.

You will screen conditions, assess education needs, refer to clinical programs, and help clients set personalized goals. A current RN license, 1+ year health coaching experience, and bilingual Spanish skills are required, with a flexible

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in respective state.
• 1+ year of health coaching/education experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer coaching via video/phone focused on stress, anxiety, depression.
• Perform stress/anxiety/depression screening.
• Identify health education needs through assessments.
• Refer to Cigna Evernorth programs when appropriate.
• Help establish health improvement plans and goals with clients.
• Support customers in achieving health outcomes.
