Qualifications

• Active RN license in the relevant state and ability to maintain licensure.
• Minimum 3+ years in health and wellness fields.
• At least 1+ year of health coaching/education experience.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency and ability to pass language tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face health coaching and education at client sites.
• Develop personalized health improvement plans with clients.
• Lead health and wellness promotional activities and events.
• Assist with biometric screenings and data-driven outcomes.
