Job summary

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking an onsite RN Health Coach who is bilingual in Spanish to work between Arlington and McLean, VA. You will coach individuals face-to-face, perform health assessments, and support health improvement plans to drive outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, health-coaching experience, ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification, and strong presentation skills. The position offers benefits and eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted RN license in the respective state.
3+ years of experience in health and wellness.
1+ year of health coaching/health education experience.
Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification.
High energy level with strong presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and be a positive role model.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessments.
Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and goals.
Empower customers to take an active role in their health outcomes.
Lead wellness activities such as group coaching and health seminars.
May perform biometric screenings and track clinical values.
Support health-related site events (open enrollment, flu shot events, health fairs).
Collaborate with matrix partners to support client health strategy.
