Job summary

The Cigna Group's Evernorth is seeking an RN Health Coach for a virtual/hybrid role to support employees and clients. You will coach on stress, anxiety and wellness, perform screenings, and help develop personalized health improvement plans. Current RN licensure with ACLS/BLS/CPR is required; multi-state license is a plus.

Hybrid work with some onsite presence at Morganton, NC; strong communication and independent work style are essential. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills with RN licensure and relevant certifications.
• Experience in health coaching, health education and health promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer coaching and support with focus on stress, anxiety, depression and other challenges.
• Perform stress, anxiety and depression screening.
• Develop health improvement plans with personalized goals and track progress.
• Lead health and wellness promotional activities and group coaching sessions.
• Support training or mentorship of new employees as needed.
