Job summary

FlexStaff Ltd. is seeking a bilingual Chinese-speaking RN Educator to join a Home Care LHCSA team in Flushing, Queens. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 per year, with a hybrid work schedule in the New York area.

The role covers QA data integration, RN onboarding and field training, ongoing education, and competency evaluations. Strong emphasis on regulatory knowledge and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) required.
• At least 2+ years in a Home Care LHCSA/CHHA/MLTC setting.
• QA, auditing, or clinical education experience desirable.
• RN license in NYS; Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Nursing.
• Data-driven mindset to interpret clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor clinical indicators (falls, hospitalizations, PAH) to guide training priorities.
• Lead onboarding and field training for RNs; mentor on best practices.
• Plan quarterly clinical trainings: advanced assessment, disease management, PAH, documentation and compliance.
• Annual in-home supervision visits to assess RN competency and chart adherence.
• Develop and host monthly Care Coordinator trainings focusing on red flags and team communication.
• Collaborate with Training & Development to update HHA orientation materials.
• Create structured curricula and materials across all staff levels.
