Job summary

FlexStaff is seeking a bilingual Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) RN Educator to join our client's Licensed Home Care Services Agency team in Flushing, NY. The role focuses on translating clinical data into training programs to improve patient outcomes.

The RN Educator will lead onboarding, ongoing staff education, and competency evaluations while collaborating with QA and care coordination teams. NYS RN license required; 2+ years LHCSA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Chinese required with Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
• Minimum 2+ years in a Home Care setting (LHCSA, CHHA, or MLTC).
• Experience in Quality Assurance, auditing, or clinical education preferred.
• Licensed and registered NYS RN with nursing degree.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret clinical data.
• Strong presentation skills and regulatory knowledge; EMR/EHR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical indicators and integrate outcomes into training topics.
• Lead RN onboarding, field training, and ongoing education.
• Plan quarterly trainings and annual in-service sessions.
• Evaluate competency and training effectiveness using metrics.
• Develop monthly Care Coordinator trainings and collaboration materials.
• Partner with Training & Development to create curricula across staff levels.
