Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding past due balances via phone and email.
• Handle 80–100 outbound and inbound calls daily.
• Negotiate payment plans and monitor progress.
• Research disputes and maintain records.
• Manage bankruptcy accounts per procedures.
• Process and resolve NSF transactions.
• Prepare legal documents and attend court when required.
• Communicate with customers at risk of canceling services or cancellations.
• Address complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate cancellations with field representatives.
• Manage service terminations and container removals.
• Process service renewals and modifications.
• Gather customer insights for the service team.
• Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
• Build trust-based relationships to support retention.
