Job summary

Mobilelink LLC, a Cricket Wireless dealer, is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Champaign, IL. The role leads store sales and operations, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed performance targets.

You will manage inventory, roll out new products, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming, efficient store environment while working a weekday schedule incl. Saturdays. Competitive base salary with commission, benefits, and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience, preferably with commissions.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
• Wamiliarity with sales performance metrics and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and operations of the store to drive performance and customerExperience.
• Coach and develop your team to exceed targets and deliver top service.
• Launch new products and services with leadership partners.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for customers.
• Handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting.
