You’ll manage inventory, rollout new products, and partner with leadership to sustain a high-energy, results-focused store environment. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a proven track record in retail, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
