Mobilelink LLC is seeking a capable Retail Store Manager to oversee in-store sales, customer experience and operations across a Cricket Wireless location. You will lead a team, coach staff, and drive performance to meet sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail management, scheduling, training on new products and promotions, and the ability to coordinate with district management.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to succeed and achieve targets.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and ensure a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations and training on new products/promotions.
• Support external events to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
