Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience with commission-based sales.
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure a clean, inviting store environment and brand standards.
• Educate staff on compensation plans to maximize sales and success.
• Coordinate with District Manager to launch new products and promotions.
