Job summary

Mobilelink LLC in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store, driving strong performance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure the store runs smoothly day to day.

You’ll manage inventory and product launches with your District Manager, train staff to sell with confidence, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Strong sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
