Job summary

Mobilelink LLC in Illinois seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and store operations, coaching the team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll drive inventory, coach staff, and ensure a seamless store flow every day.

You will partner with the District Manager to roll out new products and services, train your team, and maintain a welcoming store environment while meeting performance targets and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned environment preferred).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales and operations to drive performance.
