Mobilelink USA is seeking a Store Manager for our Alcoa, TN location. You will lead sales, customer service, and operations to achieve store goals while coaching a team and maximizing performance.

This role demands strong leadership and hands-on involvement in staff training, scheduling, and customer experience. Responsibilities include driving sales, educating on compensation plans, and launching new products with district support.

Formación

• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• 2 years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to inspire, engage, and succeed.
• Create a work environment where employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate staff on the compensation plan and maximise sales.
• Launch new products/services with the District Manager.
• Train staff on new products and promotions.
• Maintain store compliance and documentation.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and keep a clean, inviting store.
• Represent Cricket Wireless at events when required.
