Mobilelink USA, located in Chattanooga, TN, seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee sales, service and operations for the assigned location. You will lead a team, drive performance, and safeguard store standards while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and recruitment skills, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed. Compensation includes base salary plus commission within a $40,000–$60,000 range.

Formación

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Two years retail sales management experience.
• Two years recruiting and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and standard office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and create a productive work environment.
• Maximize sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Educate personnel on compensation plans and drive performance.
• Partner with district leadership to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new promotions and product knowledge.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours and maintain store standards.
