Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience in a commissioned environment.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Passion for leading, recruiting and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills with drive to exceed targets.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
